If I purchase credits, am I tied into a contract?
No, you buy and use your credits as and when you want. There is no contractual commitment regarding purchasing or accessing your resources, there are conditions regarding the use of the resources - see the next FAQ.
Are there restrictions on how I can use the resources?
Yes, you are permitted to use the resources you purchase for your personal use in the design and delivery of training and coaching. You can download and save one copy of the resources on your PC for back-up purposes. Physical (not electronic) copies can be made and used only for training and coaching purposes. You can customise and amend the resources but all intellectual property rights remain the property of the registered owner and cannot be removed from the resources. How do I access my purchased resources?
Purchased resources will appear live in the eden tree. Simply login and whilst exploring the tree you will be able to identify those resources you have purchased as they will display your access options (view online, view RTF and view PDF). You can also view a list of your purchased resources in the My Account section.
What should I do if I lose my password?
Just click on the Forgotten Login Details link on the Login page, enter your email address and we will email you your login details.
Can I download my resources to my computer?
Yes, but the idea is to use the eden tree as your online resource library. Use the eden tree as a one-stop-shop for storing the resources you own and finding resources you need. The resources you have purchased will always be available to you, so just login when you need to read, customise or print them off.
Many users prefer to access and manage all their materials online.
How do I take advantage of the special offer?
Just enter the offer code in the relevant field once you've selected a credit option package.
How can I sort and manage the resources I've purchased?
Use the bookmark function to collate your resources. The bookmarking function will enable you to 'tag' your resources so that you can create a filing system to further manage your resources.
You can bookmark topics, themes, theory or practice sections and individual resource items. You can use the bookmark rfunction to create a wish list for the resources you haven't purchased yet.
Bookmarking resources does not use any of your download credits. To view your bookmarks, click on the Bookmarks tab.
How many credits are used to select a resources?
Each individual resource can be purchased at a cost of 1 credit. If you select an entire section that contains 6 resource documents, this will cost 6 credits. If you have previously downloaded a resource document from a section and you later choose to download the section, you will not be charged again for the item.
What formats are the training resources available in?
You can access your training materials as a webpage (.html), as a word processing doc, e.g Word (.rtf) or as a .pdf.
